Welcome Josh McFarland!

In December, we announced that Josh McFarland will be joining Greylock as an investing partner. While Josh will officially join our team at the end of the quarter, he has been a part of the Greylock family for many years. He joined us as an EIR in 2008 and incubated TellApart in our offices. He built the company from the ground up, and in 2015, TellApart was acquired by Twitter for $530M. Since then, Josh has been Twitter’s VP of Product, where he led product for all revenue generating lines of business including advertising, data services and customer support applications.

#ProductSF

In our last Minute, we mentioned Josh Elman hosted #ProductSF in October. Since then we’ve published the speaker sessions, including talks from Reid Hoffman, Ben Silbermann, Alex Zhu, Sarah Leary and more.
